The room was very dirty, with long black hairs in the shower and food crumbs on the furniture. The front desk staff was unhelpful. When we complained, they handed us cleaning supplies instead of addressing the issue directly. To make matters worse, the absence of the manager meant we couldn't discuss our concerns properly.

Thoroughly enjoyed my such wonderful stay for the price. I had modern and compact room with kitchen. All the staff was really helpful, tackled my issues. This hotel was set in a very central area so close to the medical center, Roswell and the zoo and NMMI. Apart from that, Spring River Park and Zoo was 15 minutes' drive away.

Couple looking for a comfy stay

We had a really cozy stay! The breakfast was solid, especially the lemon/strawberry water they had out all day. It was a nice touch! Plus, my wife loved that the suite set up let us have our own space but still feel connected.

Magnificent location to Spring River Park and Zoo. Well-appointed and modern room plus with a pull out bed. Really helpful and excellant staff throughout.

Not so nice staff!

I almost gave this place a good review, but how can i when the bathroom was smaller than a closet and lights didn't even work? I was also shocked that they didn't offer me a complimentary gesture like an upgrade or free breakfast for my troubles. Very disappointing honestly, wouldn't recommend to anyone looking for quality.

The room was spacious with a full fridge and dishwasher. Breakfast featured a great variety, including delicious eggs and sausage.

We had a great stay overall! The room felt spacious, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast options were really impressive, especially the real fried eggs! I would definitely come back unless the parking fees continue to be an issue.

My kids wished there was a bigger bathroom.

Stayed in the Queen Studio for one night. The room was spacious with a full fridge, microwave, and a dishwasher-super convenient for my family! Plus, there were two large closets which was a nice surprise. The furnishings felt relatively new and everything was clean. Breakfast had a ton of choices too, which we loved!
